Creator / Producer: Phil Dellio
Camera: Brent Sclisizzi
Date: 1984
Location: McGibbon Hotel Georgetown, ON
Source: Phil Dellio Collection
An 8 mm film, converted to VHS, from 1984 created as part of a film project at the University of Toronto featuring exterior and interior scenes of the McGibbon Hotel in Georgetown, Ontario.
Phil Dellio says: "Most of the people in it I don't know--they were just hanging around the bar that day. The two "leads"--the two guys who are murdered--are my friends Dave and Norm, and another friend Greg (blond) is in it a lot. The most interesting thing from a local angle would be the appearance of George (forget his last name), who appears at 5:38 shooting pool. George was the manager of the McGibbon--he was great about letting us shoot there, and once the film was finished we had a screening at the McGibbon."
